TESTIMONIAL:

I have nothing but praise and great memories from London and this experience. The trip was fabulous in every aspect. I loved the hotel, the location, the sights, the plays, the tea and of course you and Nigel!! I believe that Kevin Spacey playing King Richard III will be one of the performances of a lifetime to have seen. Also, the Emerald City will be etched in my memory as one of the most spectacular sets. Again, I have nothing but positive memories and accolades for you and Nigel keeping us on track!!

I will definitely be looking forward to my next ‘Broadway’ trip – here or overseas.”

PACKAGE DESCRIPTION:

Broadway Across America is delighted to present a very special London experience—this time with an added twist for fans of the beloved series Downton Abbey. Along with world-class theatre and London’s most iconic sights, you’ll step into the elegant world of the Crawleys, visiting key filming locations that brought the series to life, including a day trip to Highclere Castle, the real-life Downton Abbey.

If London contained only its landmarks—Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, the Tower of London—it would still be one of the world’s most unforgettable destinations. But England’s capital is much more: a tapestry of royal pageantry, centuries of history, dazzling West End theatre, and a spirit that invites discovery at every turn.

Your 6-day/5-night (6 nights including travel) package includes 4-star accommodations, top-category seats for three West End performances, a welcome reception and farewell dinner, daily English breakfast, and numerous guided sightseeing tours. Beyond London’s must-see highlights—Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, and even a pub crawl—you’ll enjoy Downton Abbey-themed excursions designed to immerse you in both Edwardian elegance and the glamour of modern Britain.

Highlights include:

  • Tour of Highclere Castle (Downton Abbey) and other filming locations
  • Three top West End productions with premium seating (show choices will be given once the full 2026 season has been announced)
  • Blue Badge guided tours of London’s historic landmarks
  • Guided Tour of the Victoria & Alber Museum, with a focus on fashion of society during the time period from Downtown Abbey
  • Special insider theatre experiences with Broadway Across America

Anticipated as an intimate group of 24 – 30 travelers, this Broadway Across America journey blends the familiar service and attention to detail you’ve come to expect with exclusive new elements for a truly immersive cultural and theatrical adventure. This trip includes a decent amount of walking and occasional use of the London Underground system.

This is not just a trip—it’s a chance to experience London through the dual lens of timeless history and the timeless splendor of Downton Abbey.
